Souvenir shopping for interesting knick knacks is one way to experience the culture of the place you are visiting. These colourful platters and bowls with subtle patterns and bold animal figures caught my attention right away while street shopping in Nairobi…Quite in line with the vibrant bold flavour of the Kenyan Culture.
The slightly skewed animal figures drawn in B&W were set imaginatively against bold bright colours in quite an innovative way. What a way to make any meal interesting…. “You have a Zebra in your Hakka noodles, my dear ! “
I – Innovative…Imaginative…Interesting
Cee has given us ‘Patterns‘ to have fun with this week…enjoy!
